About ESL 2017ESL invites a mixture of different nationalities to present their projects alongside our National Science Contest. Luxembourgish and Expo-Sciences Luxembourg 2017 Luxemburg is hosting the Expo-Science Luxembourg 2017(ESL 2017) All Indian participation is coordinated by international students can meet, discover various science projects and exchange ideas.

ENVIRONMENT ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE, ASTRONOMY, CHEMISTRY, ZOOLOGY, PHYSICS, BIOLOGY, ECOLOGY, SOCIOLOGY

 

ESL 2017 is organized by:


• MILSET Europe
• Fonds National de la Recherche Luxembourg
• Foundation Young Scientist Luxembourg

All Indian participation is coordinated by


Foundation for GLocal Science Initiatives(FGSI)
MILSET and since society and public, registered as an NGO and Trust in India and partner to MILSET Worldwide.

 

Who can Participate:


Youth aged 12-25, winners of the national or regional conferences and contests are invited to take part in ESL 2017. Submitted projects would be shortlisted by FGSI & Team India of MILSET for participation in ESL2017. The working language of ESL 2017 is English, French & German.

How to Participate:


Teams from India shall be participating in this event under the coordination of FGSI & Milset and Science Societies and Public.

Registration Fee Details:


The participation fee for Indian participants is Rs.1,50,000 per participant.
• The fee includes: their registration, their flight travel, their VISA, the Medical Insurance, the training, coordination, accommodation and meals at host country, the cultural and business programs at the event venue, the participant package, the standard exposition place at the host country; and also it includes transportation at the event venue.
• One Guide Teacher from India shall be exempted from Participation Fees but their Flight Fare, Visa and Medical Insurance shall not be borne by us / host.

Friday 31st March:
Indian Team and International guests will arrive throughout the day
Saturday 1st April:

• 08:00 Breakfast at youth hostel
• 09:30 Workshop
• 12:00 Lunch at Forum
• 14:00 Guided visit through Luxembourg city and the Casemates
• 16:00 Free time in the city
• 20:00 Cultural evening

Sunday 2nd April:
• 08:30  Breakfast at youth hostel • 10:00   Experts panel
• 12:00   Lunch at venue
• 13:00   Expo open to public
• 16:00   Award ceremony (National Contest + Expo-Sciences)
• 18:30   Celebration drinks
• 20:00  Dinner at youth hostel

Monday 3rd April: City Tour and Night Stay- Organized by FGSI (India) for Team India other International guests will depart throughout the day.
